Heals Garden & Outdoor Furniture

Heals began in 1810 manufacturing beds and has been making furniture ever since. The company is named after Sir Ambrose Heal who joined in 1893. Sir Heal worked with some of the best designers of the day, and this has continued to be an important principle for the company. Heals aims to provide furniture that is well designed and made.

Garden chairs

Heals provides a wide and varied selection of garden chairs. All of the chairs have been well designed and made to a high standard. The designs range from the classical and traditional wooden garden chairs to chairs that are modern, innovative and contemporary. Some of the more unusual designs of garden chair include a bubble chair made from injection moulded polycarbonate shell which is available in black, white or bright blue. There are also some very sophisticated chairs designed by Alexander Rose.

Heals also provides some superbly designed garden tables. The tables are available in all different shapes and sizes, and are made from a range of different materials. The types of table include folding tables, bistro tables, extending tables, side tables, dining tables, coffee tables and pedestal tables. The tables are available in a range of different brands of
furniture, with some excellent examples of Alexander Rose furniture such as the Ocean Maldives range of tables.

Garden loungers

Garden loungers are one of the best ways to relax outdoors, and Heals provides some stunning examples of garden loungers. The collection includes loungers designed by Alexander Rose, Flip, and Fatboy. The loungers are available in a range of styles, and are made from materials such as teak, textilene, rattan weave and polyester. Some of the garden loungers are adjustable and others have wheels so that they can be easily manoeuvred into the best sun spot.

Conservatory Furniture

Conservatory furniture is of a high quality and is similar in design to lounge suites. The conservatory furniture available from Heals includes an armchair, two seater sofa and three seater sofa from the Alexander Rose Ocean Maldives range, and a Mumbai conservatory sofa range. The conservatory furniture is made from rattan weave material, which is comfortable, durable and easy to care for.

The materials are well suited to modern and funky designs, with bright colours and unusual shapes. Glass is utilised mainly for table tops, and it helps to provide a sophisticated finish for the garden tables. Glass is also very practical, as the table top can be easily cleaned. Other materials used to manufacture garden furniture include robinia wood, granite and terrazzo and polyester.
